General Questions

Simply click here to book a cleaning. As you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house, so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

Your cleaner will provide their own cleaning supplies to your appointment.

If you have a specific type of cleaning supply that you would like used on your home, please indicate on the booking form when scheduling your appointment.

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

We ask for a 48-hour advance notice for all cleaning appointments. If you have an emergency and need us on the same day, please call us at (619) 940-6181 and we will do our best to accommodate.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in the details section of the booking form.

The time you selected during the booking process is the booking window. Your cleaner will arrive during this time period. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late (due to traffic, weather, etc.), you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

We will place a hold on your credit card for the total amount of the cleaning 1 day before your appointment. This is to verify your payment information.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any pre-determined number of appointments.

Cleaning Questions

Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleanings and deep cleanings. You can also request extra items via your booking form.

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on "Our Services" on the top menu of this page.

The total number of cleaners is dependent on the size of your house and type of job. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
